Virtual functional medicine for complex, chronic conditions

In conventional medicine, there is a specialist for every part of your body. In functional medicine, I am trained to see the body as an interconnected whole -- recognizing that in order to address one part of the body, all other parts must be considered. This is what makes functional medicine uniquely effective for complex, chronic conditions that don't fit neatly into one specialty.

Conditions I work with:

  • Gut Health (IBS, SIBO, constipation, diarrhea, bloating)

  • Autoimmune Disease

  • Hashimoto's and Hypothyroidism

  • Chronic Fatigue

  • Mold and Mycotoxin-Related Illness

  • Chronic Infections

  • Hormone Imbalances

  • Eczema (immune-mediated)

  • Acne

  • Anxiety

  • General Wellness and Preventive Health

  • Pediatric Gut Health, Skin Health, and Behavioral Concerns

Gut Health

Digestive symptoms are among the most common concerns I see and among the most frequently dismissed. If you're dealing with chronic bloating, unpredictable bowel habits, constipation, or diarrhea, or you've been diagnosed with IBS or SIBO without a clear treatment path, I take a science-based approach to the gut as a system: assessing the microbiome, overgrowth and infections, intestinal permeability, digestive enzyme function, and the gut-brain axis.

Autoimmune Disease and Hashimoto's

Autoimmune conditions occur when the immune system begins attacking the body's own tissue. Functional medicine asks why: what environmental triggers, gut imbalances, or inflammatory patterns are sustaining immune dysregulation. I work with patients who have diagnosed autoimmune conditions and want to understand their triggers, reduce flares, and build long-term immune resilience.
